Superbon returned to winning ways last week.

Thanks to his interim featherweight kickboxing world champion title, Superbon was sure he would triumph over Marat Grigorian in their rematch at ONE Friday Fights 58.

Unfortunately, that was not enough for the Hemmers Gym fighter to outperform his old time competitor. The fight was also judged unanimously in favor of the Thai superstar by all the ringside judges.

Saying that Grigorian was a one-hit-wonder and thus underestimating him, the commentators did not consider him seriously.

On the global stage, Superbon admits that his antagonist had also worked hard to make the fight an all-out war.

He spoke at the post-event press conference that came after.

“I think he [Marat Grigorian] did a little bit better from ONE X. Because at ONE X, everything was my game. But this time, it was a little bit [different].”
